easily on operation interface in control room. The weighing of aggregate is conducted twice through large and
small doors, which greatly improves the weighing precision. The
reasonalble structure of the material emptying door reduces the
chance of blockage and will work more reliably.
5. Mixing tower is designed with container type for easy
transportation and installation, mixer tank has two horizontal shafts driven by double reducers which run at a high speed synchronously. Accurately weighed asphalt is directly pumped into the mixer tank and filler is sprayed and spreaded into mixer tank through WAM spiral-feeder, which makes agitating more even and speedy. Besides, it reserves
interface for SMA and asphalt recycling plant.
