1. Cold Aggregate Supply System
Cold aggregate supply system adopts frequency control speed PLC control system that adjust the work speed stably flexibly.
Each cold feeder is equipped with feeding belt and sound-light
alarm device, when aggregate conveying capacity is below the lower
limit or suddenly lack of material, the device will alarm
immediately to notify the operator to give response in time. The
door of the cold feeder could be appropriately adjusted to meet the
requirement of the aggregate speicification.
2. Drying Drum
Drying cylinder rotates automatically driven by four frictions
wheels, to provide sufficient heat exchange inside dryer.
After being conveyed into drying drum, aggregate goes into the
special designed lifting blade, which makes the material falling
uniformly like the “aggregate curtain”, so that the aggregate can
make sufficient heat exchange with the hot smoke produced by
burner. There are special thermal protection blades in the flaming
area will ensure no “aggregate curtain” in this zone, making sure
the flame fully burning, and form a protection layer between the
blame and the internal wall of the drying drum in order to reduce
the heat loss.

4. Dust Collection System

The bag of the bag house filter adopts high temperature resistant
material, which can withstand 220°C high temperature. All the bags
inlet are equipped with spring buckle, combing with the special bag
support frame, which ensure quick and reliable fixing work of bags.
5, Mixing tower system,
Twin shaft compulsory mixer,horizontalshafe vortex type, driven by
double geared motor reducers via equal gear wheels. The special
mixer design is featured by double paddle arm pattern with powerful
and intensive stirring mode, at low rotation speed and large
capacity, effectively avoids segregation and secondary gradation
changes during mixing, ensuring stable and ideal mixing quality.Mixer shafts has seals which achieves zero leakage.
Based on types of asphalt batching plant, two discharge methods are applied: discharging finished bitumen
mixture into trolley which goes to finished product silo for
discharging the asphalt finished product directly into the trucks
from the bottom of the mixing tower.
