1. Raw aggregate Supply System
Cold aggregate bin adopts double-hopper-connection type, equipped
with working platform, material shortage alarm device and
separation net at feeding inlet of each bin against rough &
waste materials, amogn which, 2 feeder have wall vibrator.
Each aggregate ground hopper is equipped with feeding belt and audible and visual alarm device, When the conveying volume of cold hopper is lower than limit value
or suddenly the signal will be sent to the control room rapidly and
appeared on computer interface in order to solve the problem in
time. The door of the cold feeder could be appropriately adjusted to meet
the requirement of the aggregate speicification.
2. Drying Cylinder
Dryer is made of heat-resisting and high-abrasive steel plates.
Optimal stucture of lifting plates providing exllent environment
for aggregate conveying and heating. Good heat exchanging burner
flame area & discharging (blanking) area have lifting guidance
plate. Dryer body is covered with heat-proof layer outside with
stainless steel plate; the foundation is made of heavy steel. Dryer
body is driven by 4 groups of separate friction wheels and each
group is equipped with separate speed reducer and motor.
3, Dust Collection System
Two level dust collection system (volute casing collector + bag
house collector), with high and low temperature protection device
for the system security.
Bag house collector using USA Dupont NEMEX bags, heat resisting and

The bag of the bag house filter adopts high temperature resistant
material, which can withstand 220°C high temperature. All the bags
inlet are equipped with spring buckle, combing with the special bag
support frame, which ensure quick and reliable fixing work of bags.
4, Hot aggregate elevator
Hopper type hoister uses double rows of heavy chain to lift and
shaft mounted reducer
to drive. The reducer is equipped with brake motor to prevent
hoister from rotating reversely, solving the problem of jam from
sudden power off or other causes. Chain spring tensioning devices
are installed at both sides of hoister bottom; edge of elevating
hopper adopts wear-resisting design, wearable liners are fixed in
both feeding & discharging channel; working platform is
installed on top of hoister for easy maintenance.
5, Vibration screen
Vibration exciter is driven by single-shaft, screen box is installed on
anti-resonant spring pivot,
container type wide inspection door is equipped at both sides of
the vibration screen, which is easy for maintenance and changing
screen meshwork, exhaust pipeline is installed at the top of
vibration screen to send the produced dust to the dust collector.
