1, Asphalt weighing and spraying system in weighing system before
This system contains oil pipes, pneumatic control triple valve,
weigh barrel, pump, spraying pipe and necessary connecting pipes.
During weighing asphalt, triple valve controls cycle-flowing
asphalt entering weigh barrel until desired quantity. After
weighing aggregate, this system restart, weigh comparative quantity
asphalt, and precision of asphalt content improved. Spraying pump
conveys asphalt to mixer, spray asphalt quickly and even through
lacunaris pipe, mixing time shorted.
B. Asphalt weigh barrel
This container should be heated and with heat-preservation layer to
keep heat. The heating system should be checked termly. Any fault
will cause instability of asphalt conveying or damage due to jam.
C. Asphalt valve
There is pneumatic control triple valve installed in pipeline. The
valve should be maintained according to manufacturer specification.
The air-cylinder has been presetted in factory.
Check the heating condition termly to ensure proper run.
E. Tensile sensor
The weigh barrel is hanged on tensile sensors, which need no
maintenance and adjustment but following measures.
When carrying on weld near weigh barrel, earth the barrel to avoid
current enters sensor.
Carry on any operation on weigh barrel which will disturb tensile
sensor, be sure to reinstall it according to former standard, and
screw down all locknuts. Ensure that the barrel is kept away from
being disturbed by any waste or accumulation and could move freely.
F. Asphalt pump
Maintain it according to manufacturer specification.
Before the equipment run, ensure the asphalt weigh-barrel is hanged
freely under tensile sensors. Check hanging bolts repeatedly. Check
the joint between oil-discharging air-cylinder and cone-shaped plug
for loose, screw down it if necessary.
